Order & Delivery
Our website gives you the ability to easily create your own picking list. Products are easily selected from the menu on the left which is organised into logical groups to help you find what you are looking for. You can choose whether to confirm your list as an order at the checkout stage. An order acknowledgement of confirmation will be e-mailed to you directly by one of our Sales Team. For new users, customer details are required at the checkout stage. On subsequent visits to the site you can login under the same username and password each time.
Please note that we do not have an online payment option. Once your purchase order is ready you will be contacted by a member of our Sales Team so you may then arrange payment either by credit or debit card over phone or by a transfer. Further details can be found in our FAQ section.
Maritime Progress Ltd can offer a section of courier options to best suit your requirements and budget when sending your parcels to UK and abroad.
For UK and European deliveries offering a safe and secure service we recommend International Logistics Group (ILG). ILG offers a trackable, signed delivery service and a proof of delivery can be obtained from either their website or from our Sales Team.
Recommended for deliveries worldwide. Your parcel can be tracked through their website and you will be able to get update information on your parcel. A proof of delivery can also be obtained. Customer’s holding their own DHL account can also have their parcels booked in by us on their behalf.
We also have the option of offering customers a first class postal service for smaller deliveries. Please note that if selecting this option this service is not tracked or signed for and if parcels are unfortunately lost or damaged in transit customers will still be charged.
Using your own courier
If you should wish to have a parcel booked in on your own courier account we are happy to provide this service however please check with our Sales Team before ordering as option is dependent on the courier company.
We are also happy for you to arrange for your parcel to be collected from us directly and will assist with any courier requirements.
Saturday and Timed delivery We can offer you a Saturday or timed delivery option for your parcels. Please contact our Sales Team for further details before selecting this option for price and services available in your area. (Option available to selected UK addresses only).

Our deliveries are subject to packing and carriage charges, however, we try to keep these costs to a minimum.Carriage will be calculated based on weights, dimensions and delivery address and later added to your purchase order when invoiced. For delivery costs and transit times on any of the above courier options please contact our Sales Team for further information.
Parcels lost or damaged in transit may still be charged If choosing to use your own courier company we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost or damaged once handed over to the collection driver. Where necessary packing charges may also apply e.g. pallets and/or packing materials. Transit times may vary depending on your address. If no courier preference is made at the time of placing your order our Sales Team will select the best option for you. Delivery costs are not quoted on your order acknowledgements and will be charged. If no delivery address is provided at the time of ordering your parcel will be sent to your billing address.
